Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager overseeing loans against gold with a focus on business development, strengthening relations with branch banking teams, and maintaining liaison with Area Manager. Regular travel to branches (monthly visits) and educating GLROs on HO policies. Ensure GLROs meet SOP/KRA targets, drive weekly target setting, recruit GLROs to fill gaps, identify new locations for gold-loan operations, monitor market and competition, guide GLROs for smooth gold-loan processes, ensure proper documentation for FPT authorization, and engage high-potential clients (HNI) with a focus on file authorization within HO timelines and zero NPAs. Team leadership responsibilities and cross-department collaboration are included.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent Team Player
- Ready to travel
- Knowledge of Gold loan is preferable
