Territory Sales Manager - LA County

Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager in LA County focused on consulting with clinical staff to deliver inventory management and storage solutions in the acute care market. Responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas through solution selling of healthcare storage products to existing and new customers. Maintains customer contact, develops technical product knowledge, stays informed on new products, technologies, and competitive activities, and submits regular sales reports and project forecasts. Requires experience in capital equipment sales, architectural/equipment planning, and strong CRM proficiency. Must live in LA County and be eligible to work in the United States; occasional travel to trade shows and customer sites expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of achievement oriented sales experience
- Healthcare sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information
- Documented sales achievements, relationship building skills required
- Capital equipment sales experience; Knowledge of construction timelines and construction process
- Knowledge and understanding of architectural sales process
- Experience working with architects/construction projects/equipment planners
- Equipment planning experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage large projects from design to delivery
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Established contacts within the territory
- Detail oriented and exemplary multi-tasking abilities, ability to effectively use and manage CRM. Hubspot experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- Experience in selling to Cardiac Cath Lab, Radiology, Surgery, Endoscopy, Facilities, Construction & Design, Clinical Engineering, Central Supply and Nursing
