Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 50 target and core dealers, focusing on growth and maintaining profit margins. Key responsibilities include building sales through direct communication with customers about products and services, collaborating with Branch Managers to increase sales, maintaining accurate call history in the CRM, and developing action plans to meet sales targets. Candidates should have strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of HVAC products and market trends. A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably within the HVAC industry
