Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager role in the Pacific Northwest (Portland, OR area with coverage across Bend, Medford, and Eugene) responsible for planning, growing, and maintaining a profitable base of ~25 DCP HVAC/ Refrigeration product dealers. Drive sales through dealer development, product launches, promotions, pricing, and customer communication; maintain call history in MSR/CRM; collaborate with branch teams; develop remedial plans to meet targets; act as the channel expert on product features and design guidelines; ensure dealers have information on policies, promotions, and returns; monitor customer satisfaction and competitive activity; expand knowledge of company products; perform projects to support business needs. Requires 5+ years of HVAC sales experience, High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to read construction drawings, and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision. Salary $50,000-$65,000 plus commission/incentives; full-time role with benefits from day one; relocation not specified.
