Territory Sales Manager – IQSIGHT (Canada)

Job Summary
Own all sales activity within an assigned territory, including new business development, existing customer growth, and channel expansion. Actively hunt for new opportunities while maintaining focus on run-rate and small-to-mid-sized projects, and execute against vertical targets assigned by Vertical Sales Managers. Develop relationships with end users, systems integrators, distributors, and architects to drive complex video security opportunities involving multiple stakeholders. Support representative firms through regular communication, business planning, and pipeline reviews, providing timely status updates using approved sales tools. Maintain active participation in industry organizations such as CANASA, ASIS, BOMA, and IFMA. Collaborate closely with Regional Directors to align territory execution with vertical strategy. Requires 50-70% travel within the territory; candidates must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 CAD annually with commission eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or technical discipline preferred
- 5 years of industry experience
- 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a manufacturer
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Solid industry and product specific knowledge
- Ability to successfully generate and close business
- French language proficiency is considered an asset but is not required for the position
- 50-70% travel
- Must reside in Canada
- Must be legally eligible to work
- Must reside within the district they represent
