Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for Northern Colorado, responsible for driving equipment and service sales across a defined geographic area. Generate revenue by selling to end users and partners, design compressed air solutions, quote and prospect new accounts, maintain relationships to achieve revenue targets, maximize profits, increase market share, and sustain customer loyalty. Responsibilities include coaching dealer sales personnel, collaborating with service teams, managing orders and documentation, and maintaining CRM data. Regional travel to customer sites is required. Strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with clean driving history as described (no major violations in recent years).
