Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for indirect channel based in Lima, responsible for distributor performance, S&OP process oversight, monthly forecasting for distributors, and managing distributor accounts to drive Castrol sales results. Accountable for ensuring product handling, quality, and inventory levels align with bp guidelines; supports branded workshop offers and aligns distributors with direct and indirect sales strategies. Uses Salesforce to manage the distributor relationship and provide input on programs and competitive trends. Requires experience in data analysis, Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI, with strong customer and channel management skills, contract understanding, and negotiation planning. Travel up to 50% is expected.
