Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for Fixed Gas Detection responsible for profitable promotion and growth of the fixed gas detection portfolio in the Midwest & Northeast USA. The role involves developing and managing distributors and end-user accounts, identifying sales opportunities, preparing customer-specific business plans, delivering sales presentations and training, and collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Application Engineering). Daily use of CRM/ERP tools to provide forecasts and reports, and travel within the AMER region to meet customers and attend exhibitions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years field sales experience
- Degree Level qualification in sales/engineering/business or associated subject
- Proven ability to train and teach internal and external customers
- Proven ability to create and maintain effective customer networks
- Detailed knowledge of fixed Gas & Flame Detection market in AMER region
- Proven track record in sales or business development
