Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager role focused on revenue generation through direct sales calls to Designers, Architects, and Builders in Mumbai across commercial and residential segments. Responsibilities include presenting and specifying Forms+Surfaces products to designers and builders, meeting sales targets, collecting outstanding collections, traveling to map projects in Mumbai, providing site support and measurements as needed, coordinating with the project execution team, serving as the link between installation team and client, and understanding/using the ERP reporting system. Requires 4-6 years in high-end architectural surface sales, a science/engineering degree (preferable), direct luxury-product sales experience, ability to sell to office commercial and residential segments, building-material specification sales experience, complete sales-cycle expertise (sales, site coordination, collections), strong presentation and selling skills, excellent English, IT proficiency, and a proactive, independent, highly motivated, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and mobility (own 4-wheeler). The role is based in Mumbai with travel within the city to map projects and engage with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in sales of high-end architectural surfaces
- Graduate degree in science or engineering (preferable)
- Direct sales experience selling luxury products
- Experience selling to office commercial and residential segments
- Building material specification sales
- Experience of complete sales cycle in architectural product sales (Sales – Site Co-ordination – Collection)
- Strong presentation and selling skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good IT skills
- Team player with ability to coordinate with different departments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to carry a heavy bag of samples
- Own 4-wheeler for mobility
