Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of successful B2B territory sales experience, preferably in foodservice distribution, equipment dealer sales, or direct manufacturer sales
- Culinary degree or substantial back-of-house operational experience (Chef, Kitchen Manager, etc.) highly preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, up to 70% of the time
- Strong modern sales acumen with consultative, solution-based selling
- Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline and relationships with culinary professionals
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (internal culinary experts, dealer partners)
