Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth by identifying new HVAC/building solutions opportunities, developing a portfolio of client accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, prepare project estimates and compelling proposals, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, provide regular updates and consultative recommendations, and strive to meet or exceed revenue targets while staying current on Star Service offerings. The role emphasizes relationship-building, solution selling, and field-facing activities in the Mobile, AL area.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or related Building technical fields such as Building Automation Systems
- 3+ years of experience estimating commercial and/or industrial HVAC, refrigeration, or Building Automation System projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to adhere to all safety practices while visiting clients in the field
