Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager responsible for expanding North Star Windows & Doors sales in the Greater Toronto Area by identifying and engaging dealers, contractors, architects, and renovators; develop proposals, train customers on quoting software, and drive growth through relationship-building, market awareness, and achieving sales targets. Proficient in MS Office, capable of managing dealer relationships, preparing reports for the Director of Sales, traveling within the territory (trade shows and national meetings), and maintaining a professional and results-driven presence. Base salary CAD 80k-85k with variable compensation and car allowance, plus benefits; role requires frequent travel and strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
