Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for overall commercial execution and clinical performance of company products across the assigned territory. Manage sales geography, oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies. Lead identification of business opportunities, expand relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers, and drive the growth agenda with go-to-market plans and core messaging. Located in Mobile, AL; Birmingham, AL; or Pensacola, FL (field-based).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of medical device sales
- Experience building therapy/surgical programs around new technology
- Experience developing referring physicians and building patient care pathways in hospital systems
- Documented sales success
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
