Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager - Charlotte, NC responsible for identifying, prospecting, and selling new customers within a home-based territory. Manage all aspects of the sales territory, utilize the company’s sales automation tool, and establish collaborative relationships with corporate office staff and the field sales team. Must demonstrate energy, self-discipline, and the ability to travel locally. Requires outside sales experience in a B2B context, preferably in foodservice or hospitality, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work from a home-based office are essential. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; five years of outside sales experience if education requirement is not met.
