Job Summary
Drive Celsius "perfect store" execution, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, and displays across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application while collaborating with distributor partners through route rides and blitzes. Execute brand strategy within assigned Long Island, NY, Bronx, NY, and East Hanover, NJ markets, visiting 12 to 15 stores daily to achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs. Review performance in weekly sales calls and support regional sales initiatives as directed. Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to pass MVR screening required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in consumer goods sales
- preferably in beverage, distributor sales, or related industries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- ability to pass an MVR screening
- Strong business acumen
- entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems
