Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales goals within primary care, urology, and women’s health in an assigned geographic territory. Develop and execute business plans, call on appropriate customers with optimal frequency, conduct effective pre-call planning for HCP engagement, drive market share growth, and navigate payer landscapes. Must possess proven pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to travel as required. Role is field-based with a focus on launching new products and delivering results in a compliant, ethical manner; remote work with periodic on-site meetings and travel supported. Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5+ years for the Manager track, with Associate level considered for 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 0 - 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience for Associate level
- 3 - 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience for Territory Sales Manager
- Travel within territory is required including domestic and international travel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with technology platforms and business hardware/software
