Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for driving growth of Cabinetworks Group brands within a designated US territory by cultivating consultative relationships with dealer partners, expanding brand presence, and delivering a positive customer experience. Executes short- and long-term sales strategies to increase market share, trains dealer personnel on brand offerings, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support customer success. Proactively manages field warranty and product issues in coordination with customer service, dealer, and distributor networks. Requires outside sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a valid drivers license; experience in cabinetry or building materials is preferred. This role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic account development, and market expansion across a remote US territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree; or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in outside sales, preferably selling cabinetry or equivalent building materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM Systems
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
