Job Summary
Territory Manager role to grow Victaulic’s outside sales in the Boston area, building relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners. You’ll learn Victaulic products, develop business plans with the Regional Sales Manager, lead project pursuit from inception through commissioning, and educate customers on product value through site visits, demonstrations, and presentations. The position emphasizes remote-work with travel to customer sites; duties include identifying opportunities, coordinating with inside sales and engineering, managing quotations and pricing, and expanding distributor partnerships. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; prior sales experience in construction/PVF/mechanical products is beneficial; travel-heavy, field-based role with heavy customer engagement and ongoing relationship development. Required Qualifications
