Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals by actively calling on architects, builders, dealers and distributors in the assigned territory; develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales; manage pipeline and follow-up with customers; strengthen dealer performance through proactive account management and pull-through from business development; maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and industry trends; requires 5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry with window and door experience. The position includes a vehicle allowance, 401K with match, and PTO.
