Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales goals in the cabinet-dealers, contractor, and builder segment within the assigned California territory; develop and deliver sales presentations, close sales, represent the company at trade shows and industry events, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and stay current on product knowledge and industry trends; requires deep experience in cabinetry/building materials sales, proven prospecting ability, and familiarity with ordering systems such as 2020 or Amoxi; includes base salary plus uncapped commission, full benefits, PTO, and a company vehicle with gas card.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the cabinetry or building materials industry
  • Experience selling to dealers and contractors
  • Experience and comfort in hunting and prospecting for new business
  • Familiarity with ordering systems (2020, Amoxi, or similar)
