Territory Sales Manager

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market, pharmacy operations, prescriber workflows, and specialty pharmacy services to establish the pharmacy as the preferred choice. Achieve sales growth by creating new and maintaining existing prescriber relationships through a consultative, relationship-based approach. Execute pre-call planning to ensure an organized workflow and effective sales techniques, then document all calls and notes in the CRM while completing strategic planning reports. Act as a liaison between medical practices and the pharmacy to support prescribers and their patients. This in-person role requires candidates to live within 25 miles of the territory, hold a valid US driver's license with a compliant driving record, and possess a car for 100% car travel. The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 plus an uncapped commission/bonus, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, training, and 401(k) matching.
