Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory by expanding dealer partnerships, acquiring new dealer accounts, and creating demand through direct engagement with end users. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, managing a robust sales pipeline, delivering product demonstrations and trainings, conducting in-store demos, leading territory growth through travel and customer engagements, and leveraging events and trade shows to generate leads. Requires independent drive, strong relationship-building, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to plan and execute customer events, and willingness to travel 15-20% overnight. Role supports a hybrid work schedule in Lebanon, IN, with emphasis on field activities and dealer collaboration, and offers a compensation mix of 75% fixed and 25% variable. English proficiency (bilingual a plus) and experience in power tools sales are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior territory sales experience required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to travel overnight 15-20% on average
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
