Job Summary
Territory Sales Lead responsible for flawless execution of store-level sales and promotion plans with customer retailers in Abbotsford and Langley, BC. Drive consultative business partnering with KDMs, manage relationships to develop and execute action plans, analyze store/product/market data for effective selling tools, and prepare for retail sales calls. Maximize sales through in-store merchandising, promotions, and distribution across high-volume grocers and mass merchandisers. Complete and submit daily/weekly activity reports; maintain merchandising objectives and secondary displays; develop strategies to improve territory effectiveness. Requires 1-3 years of sales experience (CPG preferred), a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, ability to lift up to 30lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Base salary range $54,160 to $67,700 per year plus incentives and benefits. Vehicle provided for business purposes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or closely related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a repetitive basis
