Job Summary
Drive sales by surpassing personal and location goals while creating unmatched customer experiences across approximately four Walmart Wireless locations. Optimize time across multiple sites to maximize profitability and master the sales process to smash targets. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to recommend effective solutions and connect with customers and team members. This role requires evening and weekend availability, a personal vehicle, and travel during operational hours. Competitive base pay with an uncapped commission structure, plus fuel compensation, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador)
- A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
