Job Summary
Drive sales at approximately four Walmart Wireless locations by surpassing personal and location goals while creating unmatched customer experiences. Master the sales process to smash targets, optimize time across multiple sites to maximize profitability, and stay current on product knowledge to recommend effective solutions. Connect with customers and team members to foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships. This role requires a personal vehicle, ability to travel during operational hours, and availability for evenings and weekends. Base pay starts at $20/hour with uncapped commission and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador)
- A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
