Job Summary
Territory Team Lead for Grab in the Central region, acting as the face of Grab for unmanaged merchant partners. Responsible for direct, face-to-face engagement with merchants in Ayutthaya or Nakhon Pathom, deploying resources, coaching FoG Agents, and driving merchant growth and GMV. Build trust with partners, educate them on Grab tools (Merchant App, marketing features, dashboards), gather and channel merchant feedback to product/ops/support, lead regular team meetings, monitor performance and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product. Be the local expert on the merchant landscape, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for partners in strategic decisions and roadmaps. Language requirements include native Thai and good English; requires 3+ years in sales/account management and knowledge of the local markets in Ayutthaya/Nakhon Pathom.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Native Thai and proficient English
- Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Ayutthaya or Nakhon Pathom
- Ability to engage with merchant partners face-to-face and build relationships
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Experience coaching or leading field teams (FoG Agents) and driving KPIs
