Job Summary
Territory Sales Executive responsible for acquiring new business and growing an MDL client base (hospitals and physician customers) within a defined territory, with a target of 2000 specimens per month. Develop and deliver personalized sales presentations to professional audiences (physicians, laboratory staff, clinics, and group practices) to demonstrate MDL’s PCR-based testing capabilities and services, build long-term client relationships, and maintain a full sales pipeline. Travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide to educate and train clients, coordinate solutions between the laboratory and client, and report on pipeline and territory activities. Requires strong communication, multitasking, organizational skills, and integrity; proficiency in MS Office/Excel; willingness to travel. Salary is offered with an uncapped incentive payout plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree preferred but not required; or two years sales experience; or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.
