Job Summary
Territory Sales Executive at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (Danaher) to lead strategic customer relationships across Ontario, focusing on retaining and expanding existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities. Role requires collaboration with Sales Specialists, Health Systems Executives, Service, Finance, Marketing, and Client Services to execute multi-year strategic account plans, align with customers’ operating models and financial drivers, and drive year-over-year growth. Travel 50-75% within the territory with in-person customer-facing meetings 75% of the time. Remote work arrangement is available for eligible roles. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years (or Master’s with 2+ years) and 3+ years of diagnostics sales experience; strong business insight, financial acumen, and ability to influence across a matrixed organization. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires residing in the Ontario territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience or master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience
- 3+ years of Diagnostics Sales Experience or related sales experience
- Proven ability to understand customer business and financial goals and to position solutions that align with hospital operations, financial drivers, and healthcare economics preferred
- Background in leading or participating in account planning sessions and contributing to executive-level business reviews with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Travel 50%-75% of the time within the territory; In Person Customer Facing Meetings 75% of the time
