Job Summary

Territory Sales Executive responsible for driving growth across Copeland’s HVACR portfolio in the Tennessee territory. Build and execute territory plans to hit revenue targets, expand relationships with wholesalers and contractors, deliver technical training and market insights, and maintain Salesforce records. Lead in-person and virtual trainings, participate in branch-level sales and marketing activities (open houses, trade shows, promotional events), and collaborate with operations, marketing, product planning, and engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions. Requires 5+ years outside sales experience, strong communication/negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, travel (25-50% overnight), remote-work arrangement, and authorization to work in the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years outside sales experience
  • Proven success in developing customer relationships and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience under pressure and sound judgment on when to escalate issues
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
