Job Summary
Territory Sales Executive – B2C in Gwalior, MP, India responsible for expanding distribution network and driving sales in the area. Manage current distributors, expand network, achieve annual volume targets, and develop market for year-over-year growth for 3-5 years. Build market presence for high-profit oil categories, ensure 100% geo tagging of outlets, DMS installation at distributors, timely payment collection, and maintain low aged AR. Key activities include automating field-force processes, training DSMs on SFA, scaling distribution with partner networks, increasing buying outlets, analyzing buying patterns, and building strong relationships with self-service stores and distributors. Requires a Graduate (science or commerce) with sales experience in FMCG/edible oil, proficiency in local language (Hindi) and English, and computer skills. The posting emphasizes FMCG/oil knowledge, GTM design, distribution systems, market expansion, and leadership in guiding the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate preferably in Science or Commerce
- Business management degree preferred
- Hard core Sales experience in FMCG or edible oil
