Job Summary
Territory Sales and Service Representative in Dallas, TX responsible for managing an assigned territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to customers. You’ll conduct customer visits using tablets and mobile apps, communicate total value to meet customer needs, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, provide emergency service, assist with equipment installation, demonstrate safe equipment use, and manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. The role is field-based with travel to specified TX locations and periodic training at a headquarters facility; weekend rotation is required (generally 1 in 9 weekends).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
