Job Summary
Territory Sales and Service Representative responsible for managing an assigned territory in Hermitage/Meadville, PA, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to customers in hospitality, healthcare, education, government, and related sectors. Travel within the territory and to training sessions (including a 12-week program with in-field training in certain weeks) to install, service, and support equipment, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, provide emergency on-call support, and demonstrate safe equipment use. Role emphasizes customer success, value communication, and growth within an independent field-based environment, with weekend rotation and a company-provided vehicle and cell phone. Training location includes Eagan, MN, with travel- and expense-support from the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
