Territory Sales and Service Representative

Territory-based sales and service role in MT for Ecolab, focusing on servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and selling new solutions to restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and other customer segments. Responsibilities include conducting customer visits with tablets/phone apps, communicating total value, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, providing emergency service, assisting in equipment installation, and managing equipment, parts, and inventory. Training involves 2 weeks at Ecolab Corporate HQ in Eagan, MN as part of a blended program with in-field training. Travel within the assigned territory is required, with occasional longer training travel and discretionary time for drive time. Weekend rotations may be required based on business demand. A valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and the willingness to work in a field-based environment are essential.
