Job Summary
Territory Sales and Service Representative responsible for managing a Twin Falls, ID territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions. You’ll conduct customer visits using tools and apps, communicate total value to meet customer needs, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, provide emergency service, assist in equipment installation, and manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. Expect field-based work with regional training in MN, weekend rotation, company vehicle and cell phone provided, and opportunities for growth within sales, service, or management. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license; training and travel are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
