Job Summary
Territory Sales and Service Representative in Chicago, IL, responsible for managing a defined customer territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. Travel to in-field locations, installation assistance, preventative and corrective maintenance, emergency service via phone or in person, and coordination with training programs in MN. Emphasizes building relationships, communicating total value to customers, safety and equipment optimization, and opportunities for growth within service, sales, or management tracks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
