Territory Route Representative - Wausau

Operate a Bay Towel truck on an established route servicing customers in the Wausau area; manage and grow customer accounts by communicating additional products and services; deliver and pick up rental goods in healthcare, food and beverage, and other manufacturing industries; build strong relationships with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns; monitor and maintain merchandise inventory levels with routine counts; visit key contacts weekly and pursue quarterly negotiations on service renewals; handle routine customer service requests and, if needed, some accounts receivable collection to keep balances current; conduct daily tasks professionally while complying with driving regulations and Bay Towel policies; collaborate daily with the Bay Towel team to improve outcomes; all other duties as assigned.
