Job Summary
Lead territory-based retail operations by supervising and developing Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Responsible for project completion, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, and store communications. Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features, maintain high-quality work, and ensure adherence to company policies. Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager; utilize handheld devices effectively; manage scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends; physically capable of lifting and moving products; travel to additional locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance maintained
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Experience: customer service or sales
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with electronics/technical products
- Independent and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Retail or merchandising supervisory experience preferred
