Job Summary
The Territory Retail Lead will supervise and develop assigned Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads to drive sales and meet retailer/client expectations. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, educating customers and store personnel on product features, maintaining high-quality store work, adhering to company policies, communicating successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager, using handheld devices, and possibly traveling to additional locations. Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends may be required. The role emphasizes relationship-building with store personnel, in-store education of product lines, and execution excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certification
- A valid driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Travel to additional locations may be necessary
- Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products
