Territory Retail Lead - Pittsburg, PA

Territory Retail Lead responsible for supervising and developing Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads to drive sales and meet retailer/client expectations. Duties include training and evaluating staff, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, communicating store updates, educating customers and store personnel on product lines, upholding company policies, and leveraging handheld devices to support operations. Requires leadership, hands-on coaching, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
