Job Summary
Territory Sales Lead accountable for supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Responsible for project completion, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, and store communication. Duties include training and developing Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates, educating customers and store personnel on product features and benefits, ensuring policy adherence, communicating successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager, and utilizing handheld devices for store operations. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible schedule including nights/weekends, High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, driving/insurance requirements, and prior customer service or sales experience. Required Qualifications
