Job Summary
Territory Retail Lead responsible for supervising and developing Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Responsibilities include training and development of associates, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, ensuring store communications, educating customers and store personnel on product lines, maintaining high-quality work standards, adhering to company policies, and reporting successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and have a valid driver’s license. Prior customer service or sales experience and proficiency with computers/internet/email are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certification
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance; general lifting up to 35 lbs frequently
- English conversational proficiency (spoken and written)
