Job Summary
Territory Retail Lead in Gillette, WY responsible for supervising and developing Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads to drive sales and meet retailer/client expectations. Develop and train teammates, educate customers and store personnel on product lines, maintain high-quality store execution, ensure adherence to company policies, and communicate progress to the Market Sales Manager. Travel to additional locations may be required; duties include stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store areas; operates a handheld device and maintains confidentiality of company/client information. Offers flexible hours and a retention bonus; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), telehealth, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs with assistance, work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong customer service or sales experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- A valid driver’s license required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Experience or comfort with electronics/technical products
- Customer service or sales experience
- Flexibility to work nights, overnights, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance; up to 35 lbs frequently; up to 50 lbs repeatedly as specified in job duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-motivated work style
- Proficiency with a computer, printing capabilities, internet access, and email
