Territory Retail Lead - Ellicott City, MD

Territory Retail Lead responsible for supervising and developing Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Leads to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Manages project completion, stocking, store communications, and educates customers and store personnel on product lines. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, maintaining high-quality store operations, and effectively using handheld devices. Requires flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends, with travel to additional locations as needed. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be capable of customer-service or sales experience with familiarity of electronics/technical products. Strong communication with store personnel and the Market Sales Manager is essential, along with the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance) and to work in varied physical conditions.
