Job Summary
Territory Retail Lead in Derby, VT responsible for supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations, training and developing Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff, educating customers and store personnel on product lines, maintaining high-quality store performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate with flexibility (including nights, weekends), and communicate effectively with store management and Market Sales Manager; role involves leadership, merchandising, and hands-on store execution across assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certification required
- A valid driver's license is required
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Customer service or sales experience required
