Job Summary
Territory Sales Lead oversees and develops assigned associates to drive sales, stock and maintain store areas, educate customers and store personnel on product lines, and communicate with the Market Sales Manager. Responsibilities include supervising and training Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff, building rapport with store teams, ensuring policy compliance, and leveraging handheld devices to meet client expectations while maintaining confidentiality.
