Job Summary
Territory Retail Lead responsible for supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Lead includes training and developing Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads, educating customers and store personnel on product lines, maintaining high-quality store execution, and communicating successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager. Role requires hands-on leadership, effective in-store communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certification required
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products
- Able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
