Job Summary
Territory Sales Lead responsible for supervising and developing Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates, educating customers and store personnel on product lines and features, maintaining store standards to meet client expectations, and communicating successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager. Role includes training staff, coordinating detailed duties, using handheld devices, and traveling to assign locations. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects, flexible schedule (nights/weekends), and English communication with customers and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance
- Ability to travel to additional locations as necessary
- Customer service or sales experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Converse/English proficiency to communicate with customers and coworkers in real-time
