Job Summary
Serve as Prov's primary representative throughout Tennessee, building and maintaining relationships with state boards, agencies, and industry stakeholders. Attend state board meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote testing solutions and identify business growth opportunities. Meet with prospective clients, support proposal development, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful exam delivery and resolve client concerns. Travel regularly, including approximately monthly in-person meetings with key stakeholders across Tennessee and neighboring states. This role supports the Marketing and Client Relations team in expanding access to secure, reliable licensing examinations for professional organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more years of experience in client relations, account management, business development, territory management, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region
- Must be able to travel throughout Tennessee and neighboring states
- Must be available for approximately monthly in-person meetings with key stakeholders
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
