Job Summary
Territory ownership sales role calling on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in an assigned Chicago-area territory; conduct in-OR product trials, build the pipeline, manage funnel, and meet quotas; leverage CRM to track activity and trends; deliver post-sale service, drive retention and referrals; seek leadership and competitive drive; preferred experience in medical devices or OR-based selling and familiarity with hysteroscopy, gynecology, or urology; strong communication, independence in the field, and ability to operate in a fast-growth medical devices environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent
- 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving quota
- Must reside within the Territory
- Demonstrated face-to-face sales experience and strong relationship-building skills
