Job Summary
Territory ownership sales role in medical devices focused on gynecology/urology with surgeons and OR teams: build and manage a greenfield-like territory, conduct in-OR product trials, convert competitive accounts, and drive pipeline to meet quotas. You’ll call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists across hospital ORs, ASCs, and office settings, develop trusted relationships, provide hands-on clinical support, leverage CRM to track activity, and deliver post-sale service to drive retention and referrals. Preferred experience includes medical devices or OR-based selling; familiarity with hysteroscopy and the surgical workflow. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of outside B2B sales, with strong communication, leadership, and a self-motivated, independent field presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving quota
- Must reside within the TERRITORY
- Demonstrated face-to-face sales experience and strong relationship-building skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in the field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
